I truly don’t think our wedding day would have been possible without Caylee from True Love Coordinating! From our first meeting all the way through the big day, she was kind, organized, and always one step ahead—thinking of things I never would have and anticipating what I needed before I even realized I needed it.
As we got closer to the wedding, Caylee completely took over communication with all of our vendors and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when. That alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. She also worked closely with me and our photographer to create the perfect day-of timeline, and she kept everyone on track so we could just enjoy the day without stressing about the details.
She managed our chaotic families and wedding party with so much grace and kept everything flowing seamlessly. Caylee and Sydney set up my vision perfectly—walking into our ceremony and reception spaces and seeing everything I had dreamed of brought to life by them was such a special moment. They absolutely nailed it.
