How many hours do I get my coordinators on my wedding day?

You have us all day! We are usually the first vendors to arrive and the last ones to leave.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes we do! We work with some great vendors and we want to give you access to them. Having a great vendor team will ensure that the day runs smoothly.

Do you have reviews from past clients?

Absolutely! Click this link to view our reviews on Google or check out our social media links.

How many meetings do I get before my wedding day?

This depends on what package you choose! Please fill out our contact form and we will send you an informational brochure explaining each one in detail.

Is rehearsal included in the packages?

It is only included with our Full Planning Package. It can be added as an al la carte option to the Wedding Management and Partial Packages.

Will you hand out final payments to vendors?

We encourage our couples to pay vendors before the big day. However, we will hand out final payments and gratuities as long as they are in a sealed envelope with vendor's name.

Will you pick up the reception at the end of the night?

Yes, we will pick up all of your decor items, personal items, and gifts and help load them into a vehicle provided by you or a family member at the end of the night.

Do you cut the cake and serve the cake?

This is a service we do not provide. Your caterer will offer this as an add on or include with dinner services.

How many weddings does truelove book in a weekend? 

We are able to book up to 6 weddings in a weekend.

What types of packages do you offer?

How many weddings have you coordinated?

Over 150 and counting!

Do you work with all budgets? 

Absolutely!

Do you travel?

We love to travel! Please fill out our contact form to inquire about travel fees.

 How many coordinators does each package come with?

A lead coordinator and assistant is included with each of our packages.

How do I secure our wedding date?

By paying a nonrefundable deposit and signing the agreed upon contract. Please fill out contact form for pricing!

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due at the final meeting.
